Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Adventix Limited is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly and has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, or exploitation within its operations or supply chain.

Our Business and Supply Chain

Adventix provides recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions to public- and private-sector organisations. Its supply chain is primarily service-based and may include recruitment and workforce partners, technology providers, professional service providers, background screening and compliance providers, and other suppliers supporting service delivery.

Policies and Due Diligence

Adventix expects employees, workers, contractors, suppliers, and business partners to comply with applicable employment, labour, human rights, and modern slavery requirements.

Adventix's recruitment and compliance processes are designed to promote responsible recruitment and reduce the risk of exploitation. As applicable, these include identity and Right to Work verification, employment and qualification checks, references, pre-employment screening, direct candidate engagement, and appropriate review of third-party suppliers and partners. Suspected unethical, exploitative, or unlawful practices are escalated for review and appropriate action.

Risk Assessment and Management

Adventix recognises that modern slavery risks may arise within recruitment and labour supply activities and through third parties involved in sourcing or supporting workers. Particular attention is therefore given to worker identity and eligibility, recruitment practices, employment conditions, and relevant supplier relationships.

Adventix manages these risks through documented recruitment and compliance procedures, candidate verification, due diligence, supplier oversight, and escalation of identified concerns. Appropriate corrective action is taken where concerns are identified.

Monitoring Effectiveness

Adventix monitors the effectiveness of its approach through its recruitment, compliance, workforce management, and supplier oversight activities. Relevant measures include completion of required Right to Work and pre-employment checks, monitoring of compliance documentation, review and escalation of reported concerns, supplier compliance issues and corrective actions, and completion of relevant staff training.

These measures are reviewed to identify opportunities to strengthen Adventix's controls and practices.

Training and Awareness

Relevant Adventix personnel receive training and guidance regarding recruitment and compliance responsibilities and awareness of potential indicators of exploitation. Employees are expected to report and escalate suspected modern slavery or human trafficking concerns through appropriate internal channels.

Our Commitment

Adventix will continue to review its operations and supply chain, assess emerging risks, and improve its policies, due diligence, training, and oversight practices to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking.

This statement is reviewed periodically and updated as appropriate to reflect Adventix's operations, identified risks, and applicable requirements.
